Kuang Leman, male, Han nationality, born in 1962 in Longhui, Hunan Province, member of the Communist Party of China, member of the Party Committee and professor of Hunan Normal University。

He received his Master's degree in Physics from Hunan Normal University in 1988 and his Doctor's degree in theoretical physics from Nankai University in 1996。He has been to the United States, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong and other countries and regions as postdoctoral research and senior visiting scholars。He served as the dean of the Department of Physics, the vice dean of the School of Principles, and the dean of the School of Physics and Information Science of Hunan Normal University. He was a member of the Party Committee of Hunan Normal University in May 2005, and the vice president of Hunan Normal University in June 2006。He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of Hunan Normal University。

He has been engaged in theoretical physics research for a long time, and has published more than 160 SCI papers, ranking seventh in the national SCI papers in 1995, and these papers have been cited by others more than 1600 times。He has undertaken a series of research tasks of national important scientific research projects such as the national "973" project, the National "Climbing Plan" pre-selected project, the National Natural Science Foundation Major research project, the National Knowledge New Project major frontier cross-field project, the National Natural Science Foundation key project and surface project。In 2002, he was nominated for the second Prize of National Science and Technology Award by the Ministry of Education,In 1997, he won the Hunan Youth Science and Technology Award, In 1998, he was awarded as the excellent teacher of Hunan Province and was once awarded the second class by Hunan Provincial People's Government, In 2003, he was awarded the outstanding backbone teacher of the Ministry of Education,He was twice awarded as an outstanding Communist Party member by the University Working Committee of Hunan Provincial Party Committee。
